LaToya Johnson is the visionary Founder and CEO of LJ Scrubs Collection, LLC, a medical apparel and lifestyle brand founded in the fall of 2021.

A proud Southern native, LaToya’s journey into entrepreneurship was shaped by faith, family, hard work, and an unwavering belief that she was called to create something of her own. Raised by her parents, James and Janie Johnson, she grew up with a principle that would remain at the center of her life: “Faith Over Fear.”

After earning both an Associate degree and a Bachelor’s degree, LaToya worked two full-time jobs while continuing to pursue her dreams. Entrepreneurship had always been a vision, but turning that vision into reality required courage, sacrifice, and determination.

LaToya founded LJ Scrubs Collection with a simple but powerful vision: to give medical professionals something different.

She saw an opportunity to create medical apparel that didn't force healthcare professionals to choose between comfort, functionality, and style. Her goal was to design scrubs that look good, feel good, move with you, and allow the person wearing them to express their own sense of style.

From the beginning, LaToya has personally poured her creativity and passion into building the brand and creating unique scrub collections and accessories for the medical industry.

But LJ Scrubs Collection was never meant to be just another scrub company.

It was meant to be an experience.

A brand where quality meets style. Where functionality meets fashion. Where healthcare professionals can walk into work feeling confident, comfortable, and unapologetically themselves.
